Irine Edung is a joyful girl who comes from Turkana County, the Northern part of Kenya. She lives with her parents, two brothers and a sister. They live in an iron roofed and mad walled house in a communal land and they fetch water from the community hand pump. Her father depends on motorbike riding activity where he transports people to various destinations. However, the annual income derived from this economic activity is below 360 US dollars which is not enough to support the family needs. Irine goes to a nearby school in the village and performs better in english and science. Moreover, she loves playing football and home-made dolls with her friends during free time. Her parents would like her to be a doctor in future. Her father approached the office to seek for assistance which will change her life and that of the family.
